Direct Billing And Payment Options
We direct bill almost all benefit plans. Not sure if your plan is covered? Call us and we’ll confirm.
We accept cash, cheques, Debit, Visa, and MasterCard. We’re able to provide direct billing for ASEBP (Alberta School Employee Benefit Plan) cardholders, Blue Cross, most Sun Life and Great-West Life, and many other benefit plans. If you’re not sure whether your plan is eligible, contact us and we’ll help confirm what you need.
While we don’t require a doctor’s referral to book, some benefit providers may require one for reimbursement. We’re happy to provide receipts and any information you need to submit a claim.

Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No referral is needed to book physiotherapy in Alberta. You can contact us directly.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
We do our best to see patients within 1–3 business days, with same-day options when available. Call us for the fastest booking.
Do you accept MVA claims?
Yes. If your injury is from a motor vehicle accident, we can help with the required forms and direct-bill your insurance company at no cost to you. We recommend booking your first appointment within 10 days of the accident, and bringing your insurance adjuster’s contact name, phone number, and fax number.
