Natalie graduated with a master’s degree in physiotherapy from Dalhousie University, in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Since graduating in 2015, Natalie has practiced in three different provinces, receiving instruction from premier practitioners from coast-to-coast on the latest evidence-based rehabilitation methods.
Natalie has developed a diverse skill-set, including: active muscle release techniques, myofascial release, joint-mobilization and manipulation, IMS dry needling, anatomical acupuncture, neuro-proprioceptive taping, athletic taping, corrective exercise, and rehabilitation. Natalie also offers specialised services in pelvic floor rehabilitation for women. She is experienced in treating and managing clients with chronic and persistent pain, movement and impairment syndromes, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, pelvic floor pain and dysfunction, urinary and fecal incontinence, dizziness disorders, athletic and motor-vehicle-related injuries, and more.
